My parents are fans. 6 pet birds at all in his kitchen counter. I want to know some of the dangers to health. And some of Sanitation …

I do not want to scare you. Many people have pet birds. A disease that can be sent. Between birds and people. Kitchen counter or not?? Oh well I suppose each of their own. Below is a link to one of the diseases. I will not read it, so I will not try.
